Who we are
Campaigns that ask for your trust should say who they are, who signs off, and where the money comes from. Here is all three.
Our purpose
Don't Divide Us is a Victorian campaign for the repeal of the Statewide Treaty Act 2025. Our stance is pro-unity, pro-equality and pro-democracy: we believe disadvantage demands serious policy delivered under equal laws — not parallel civic institutions defined by ancestry. We make our case from the text of the Act, publish the government's responses alongside our own, and fact-check ourselves in public.
Entity and governance
| Campaign entity | [Entity name Pty Ltd / Inc.] ⚠ pending entity decision |
| VEC registration | [Registered third-party campaigner — number TBC] |
| Board / committee | [Names, if any — published on appointment] |
| Tax status | Donations are not tax deductible. We do not hold DGR status and do not claim it. |
Funding posture
We accept donations only from Australian citizens, residents and Australian-registered entities, within Victorian caps. Money is spent on advertising, organising staff, printed material and this website. It is not spent on payments to spokespeople for their views. Disclosures are filed with the VEC on schedule and summarised here annually. Full donations policy →
